Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software.
- Solid organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in a collaborative team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting operations.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
- Experience in a high-growth technical company or SaaS industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute core accounting processes including data sets, cash reconciliations, and preparing journal entries.
- Maintain fixed asset and prepaids schedules, prepare accruals, and perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Support SOX compliance through documentation and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP and Payroll.
- Document existing workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare client support and communicate processes to external audit teams.
