Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Experience in Fintech, Insurtech, or complex SaaS environments.
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking process, handling constraints, and complex user flows.
- Expert-level skills in Figma.
- Familiarity with modern design hand-off and research tools.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with MVP-focused agile development.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and post-launch optimization.
- Simplify intricate insurance logic into clear, accessible user journeys and create service blueprints.
- Use product analytics and A/B testing results to validate designs and drive conversion improvements.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Tech Leads to ensure technical feasibility.
- Contribute to and advocate for the internal design system ensuring consistency, accessibility (AODA/WCAG), and scalability.
- Provide design review feedback and mentor intermediate/junior designers.
