Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in cyber security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in Information Security with significant focus on identity and/or data security.
- Expertise in enterprise identity security, lifecycle, governance, and modern access control models.
- Expertise in data security, including discovery, inventory, classification, and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proven track record of scaling GRC, identity, and/or data security programs.
- Deep knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and relevant regulations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like AWS, Okta, AD, MS Azure, and Lumos.
- Experience with Access Management workflows for Moves, Adds, Transfers, and Changes.
- Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership to communicate complex risk landscapes.
- Implement measures and governance frameworks to manage data use in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Review projects and business systems to identify and remediate control weaknesses related to identity and data security.
- Develop and advance the multi-year identity security strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure least-privilege access.
- Manage SSO, MFA, and adaptive access policies.
- Secure high-risk privileges for administrators and service accounts.
- Assess and evolve security requirements for non-human identities, including APIs and AI agents.
- Advance data governance through improved visibility, classification, and protection controls.
