Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in cyber security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10-15 years of experience in Information Security, specifically in identity and data security.
Demonstrated experience in identifying systemic gaps and applying risk, control, and governance principles.
Deep knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Strong expertise in enterprise identity security, lifecycle, and modern access control models (workforce, privileged, non-human).
Strong expertise in data security, governance, classification, and retention.
Proven track record of scaling GRC, identity, and/or data security programs.
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as AWS, Okta, AD, MS Azure, and Lumos.
CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications are preferred.

Develop and advance the multi-year identity security strategy and roadmap, prioritizing improvements based on risk and business needs.
Oversee Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes for employee and non-human identities.
Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and adaptive access policies.
Assess sensitive-data security risks and effectiveness of controls, leveraging data discovery and DLP capabilities.
Monitor regulatory landscapes, providing insights and guidance to leadership and technical teams.
Implement governance frameworks to manage data use in compliance with laws and regulations.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Finance, Engineering, and IT to embed risk management.
