Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional software delivery experience using React and .NET.
- At least 2 years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or comparable leadership position.
- Advanced knowledge of React, hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand/React Query), and front-end performance optimization.
- Strong command of C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and relational databases.
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure (app hosting, identity, storage, messaging).
- Strong Git skills and experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT).
- Proven ability to work with international clients, particularly US-based stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work during US time zones on a sustained basis.
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery covering solution architecture, component design, API contracts, and data models.
- Contribute hands-on production code for complex areas and establish engineering standards.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical feedback, and maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Break down requirements into user stories and tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project status, report risks and dependencies, and ensure release readiness.
- Mentor and develop a team of 4–8 developers and QA professionals.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for international clients and manage client expectations.
