Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated success building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled software products.
- Strong hands-on development experience with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, observability, and modern software engineering methodologies.
- Strong technical leadership skills, including guiding delivery teams and influencing technical direction.
- Experience building AI-enabled applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, Enterprise Copilots, AI assistants, or Generative AI is a plus.
- Experience with data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services, and enterprise data ecosystems is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and integrate scalable full-stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and AI technologies.
- Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences for business workflows, scientific processes, and enterprise solutions.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources, and operational systems.
- Apply software engineering best practices and modern development methodologies to deliver secure, reliable, maintainable applications.
- Implement DevSecOps principles, CI/CD practices, and observability standards across application development and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary delivery teams and guide engineering execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Platform teams, Data specialists, AI Scientists, and AI Engineers.
- Contribute reusable application capabilities that can scale across complex business environments.
- Support enterprise software modernization, digital transformation, and large-scale application development initiatives.
