Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, client services, or account strategy.
- Strong understanding of B2B pipeline metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, win rates, and CAC.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to present and communicate with VP- and Director-level client stakeholders.
- Cross-channel marketing fluency across paid media, SEO, content, and ABM.
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B marketing environments and sales-cycle dynamics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled marketing technologies and data-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 4–6 B2B client accounts, acting as a primary day-to-day strategic partner.
- Lead weekly client calls and maintain ownership of the overall performance narrative.
- Translate strategic roadmaps into weekly account priorities.
- Monitor B2B pipeline metrics including MQL-to-SQL conversion, CPL, and funnel performance.
- Coordinate paid media, SEO, content, and ABM teams around a unified account strategy.
- Partner with client marketing stakeholders to align on campaign priorities and performance goals.
- Support quarterly strategic planning, renewal preparation, and service expansion discussions.
- Build multi-level client relationships to contribute to high client retention.
- Translate complex performance data into clear narratives and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
