Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, marketing, public administration, business, education, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least five years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, university recruiting, early-career recruiting, or workforce outreach.
- Proven experience planning and coordinating multiple recruiting campaigns or candidate events from preparation through reporting.
- Experience developing candidate communications, recruiting presentations, and outreach materials.
- Experience maintaining recruiting calendars, contact records, and applicant pipeline data.
- Working knowledge of recruitment-funnel concepts, source tracking, and conversion analysis.
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with the ability to manage concurrent priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience using an applicant-tracking system, CRM, or event-management platform.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and comply with privacy and information-security requirements.
- Ability to satisfy applicable federal suitability, onboarding, and confidentiality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support annual and cohort-specific outreach and recruitment strategies, schedules, goals, and target populations.
- Research and cultivate relationships with colleges, universities, professional associations, and veteran communities.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person career fairs, information sessions, webinars, and other recruiting events.
- Draft and maintain outreach materials, including fact sheets, presentations, FAQs, and digital content.
- Manage candidate communications, including follow-up, application reminders, and process updates.
- Maintain recruiting pipeline data, monitor funnel movement, and prepare weekly reports on status and risks.
- Support hiring managers with standardized program information and structured interview or assessment materials.
- Administer candidate-experience surveys and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
