Requirements
- Proven ownership of a complex growth or activation motion requiring user work and showing a direct tie between impact and revenue.
- Strong ability to build a point of view connecting specific customer needs, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional partners like sales, CX, finance, and pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and drive iterative progress without perfect information.
- Curiosity and a deep-dive approach to building platform fluency and expertise.
- Experience driving alignment across competing priorities to maximize company-wide impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the provider activation funnel, identifying stages and thresholds that drive long-term retention.
- Build a strategy to increase the volume of activated providers and appointments per provider.
- Partner with sales, CX, pricing, ranking, and provider experience teams to ensure effective and simple activation.
- Drive the development of porting tools, flows, and incentives to help providers transition existing patient lists.
- Develop a segmented onboarding journey to build trust and confidence with new providers.
- Define and execute the team's strategy, OKRs, and roadmap.
