Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant IT/platform administration experience.
  • 4+ years of enterprise Atlassian administration experience, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise tool configuration, workflows, permissions, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, scripting, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud, monitoring, and automated testing concepts.
  • Experience supporting SSO/MFA and enterprise identity integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical administrators and automation engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administration and governance of enterprise Agile and collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, and related tools.
  • Manage platform configurations, workflows, projects/spaces, permissions, plugins, dashboards, integrations, and administration standards.
  • Plan and coordinate tool upgrades, plugin changes, configuration changes, integrations, and lifecycle activities.
  • Establish and maintain tool-monitoring, operational-health, incident-response, and troubleshooting practices.
  • Lead API integration and API-governance activities, including documentation, authentication, authorization, monitoring, and approved automation.
  • Define and prioritize opportunities to automate tool administration and operations using APIs, scripting, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Coordinate enterprise identity integration, including SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access controls.
  • Coordinate security, vulnerability-management, audit, and compliance activities for managed tools.
  • Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, SOPs, configuration standards, troubleshooting guides, and API inventories.
