Job Details

Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
4+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP administration experience (E10/Kinetic preferred).
Experience managing data loads using the Data Management Tool (DMT).
Experience with user security, menu maintenance, and multi-company administration.
Working knowledge of BAQs, UBAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, and Application Studio.
Strong SQL and REST API integration skills.
Experience working in manufacturing environments (engineer-to-order or configure-to-order).
Working knowledge of ITAR and CMMC 2.0 compliance.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Administer user accounts, security groups, permissions, and menu structures across multiple company instances.
Serve as the first point of contact for ERP support, triaging, troubleshooting, and documenting user issues.
Deploy BAQs, UBAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and Application Studio customizations across environments.
Manage the ERP ticketing process, including logging, prioritizing, and tracking requests.
Support ERP module rollouts, implementations, and system initiatives.
Maintain Epicor application environment and database availability, including SQL Server and SSRS.
Coordinate infrastructure activities and system upgrades with external hosting partners.
Monitor system health and verify nightly backups.
Maintain external database integrations and ensure reliable data flow.
Create technical documentation and develop end-user training materials.
