Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal operations, supplier management, or a related function.
  • Experience maintaining contract repositories or document-management systems.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and document-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate contractual records.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and activities in an organized, dependable manner.
  • Sound judgment when identifying discrepancies, missing information, compliance concerns, or issues requiring escalation.
  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, procurement, group purchasing, or contract-management environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad, Salesforce CRM, or Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of contract terminology, supplier onboarding, contract compliance, and contract governance practices (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the routing, approval, execution, filing, renewal, amendment, and termination of supplier agreements.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal timelines, proactively communicating upcoming deadlines.
  • Maintain contract repositories, document-management platforms, tracking systems, and metadata.
  • Support supplier onboarding and implementation activities for newly executed agreements.
  • Conduct routine audits of contract files to identify discrepancies, missing information, or compliance issues.
  • Track supplier obligations, reporting requirements, and key administrative milestones.
  • Monitor contract-management KPIs, dashboards, and status reports to ensure repository accuracy.
  • Support compliance reviews, governance initiatives, and contract-management technology improvements.
  • Identify and escalate contract risks, discrepancies, and issues requiring attention.
