- Manage the complete lifecycle of contract administration for solar construction projects.
- Prepare and track contract notifications, milestone lists, and closeout submittals.
- Manage builders risk insurance, bonds, land lease requirements, and interconnection agreements.
- Prepare purchase orders and review vendor/subcontractor invoices for accuracy, documentation, and lien waivers.
- Assist in preparing finance submittals for construction loans and tax equity closings.
- Maintain the project compliance matrix for prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements.
- Manage and organize project documents utilizing the PX Platform.
