Requirements
- 4–8 years of industry experience in implementing systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience owning integration workstreams across operations, finance, HR, and technology.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage 60–90 task integration plans.
- Experience holding stakeholders to dates across multiple functional areas.
- Strong change management instincts and ability to navigate ambiguity at acquired companies.
- Willingness to travel (70%+) to acquired company locations during the first 3-6 months post-close.
- Experience working with PE sponsors and reporting cadences (preferred).
- Working knowledge of financial integration and HR/payroll transitions (preferred).
- Experience building and refining M&A integration playbooks (preferred).
- Background in buy-and-build acquisition strategies (preferred).
- Exposure to Monday.com or similar project management tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end post-close integration for each new acquisition from close through stabilization.
- Partner with management teams to implement strategies driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Refine the integration playbook after each deal to improve future outcomes and timelines.
- Consolidate operational workflows including dispatching, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Manage technology onboarding, including data migration and platform unification.
- Execute financial integration including accounting system, banking, and AP/AR consolidation within 90 days.
- Lead HR workstreams including payroll transition, benefits enrollment, and policy alignment.
- Produce weekly integration status reports for the CEO and PE sponsor using Monday.com.
