Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of related experience (or 8 years experience in lieu of degree).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Salesforce experience is required.
- Strong writing, reporting, and business correspondence skills.
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must have a personal cell phone and internet service.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting up to 10 lbs).
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and delegation of the proposal team.
- Coordinate and develop customized proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and requests for information (RFIs) for commercial and government segments.
- Implement a quality control program with personal review of at least 25% of all outgoing proposals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management and pipeline reports for stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the business development team.
- Manage key data entry in the CRM platform and proposal databases.
- Oversee the development and production of proposal packages, including government Standard Form 330.
- Develop and maintain technical marketing communications material and assist with trade show coordination.
