Requirements
- BSCE or BSCET from an accredited institution (civil/structural or mechanical option preferred).
- 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience.
- FE or PE licensure required.
- Expertise in PLS-CADD.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal command of the English language.
- Ability to perform occasional field work (5-15% travel).
- Strong understanding of structural analysis including steel, wood, and concrete design (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination for projects of varying scale.
- Assign and coordinate work across a team of engineers, designers, and administrative staff.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and professional development mentorship to team members.
- Perform and manage detailed designs of overhead transmission and distribution lines.
- Review work products including plan and profile drawings, structure loading, and calculation packages for quality and accuracy.
- Prepare project documentation including cost estimates, budget reports, and proposals.
- Support business development and client communications.
