Requirements
- 1+ years of continuous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check (10 years misdemeanors, lifetime for felonies).
- Dedicated quiet home office setup free from background noise.
- Personal desktop or laptop manufactured in 2021 or later (Windows 11).
- Minimum 8 GB RAM and 20 GB free hard drive space.
- High-quality USB-wired headset.
- Hard-wired high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up, max 100ms latency).
- Type at least 30 WPM accurately.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to navigate multiple complex digital tools simultaneously.
- Commitment to assigned full-time production schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must physically reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Gather essential details regarding location and vehicle issues to dispatch assistance quickly for stranded motorists in real-time.
- Coordinate efficiently with external service providers to ensure the right help arrives at the right time.
- Use active listening and empathy to calm frustrated or anxious customers, navigating heightened emotions during uncertain situations.
- Utilize multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools simultaneously to track service progress accurately.
- Thrive in a performance-driven remote environment, collaborating with peers and managers via Zoom and Google Chat.
