- Minimum of 1 year of OPI or VRI experience with a recognized interpretation provider (preferred).
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
- Awareness of legal terminology is a plus.
- High school diploma in your native language.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work across cultures.
- Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
- High-speed, private, and secure wired Ethernet internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 4 Mbps upload).
- Windows 10 operating system or higher (Dual Core, 2 GHz processor or above, 8 GB RAM).
- Noise-canceling, wired USB headset with built-in microphone.
