Requirements
- 10–15 years of project and programme management in large-scale HRTech or enterprise transformations.
- Proven track record of leadership in multi-vendor, multi-workstream, and multi-geography programmes.
- Experience managing C-suite client relationships and steering committees.
- Commercial stewardship experience, including ownership of delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk.
- Expertise in building escalation protocols and managing enterprise-grade programme risks.
- Fluency in structured implementation methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent) and agile/sprint-based delivery.
- Experience building and developing high-performing project management teams.
- Demonstrated experience in SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle programme delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes spanning multiple vendors, integration partners, and onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Establish programme governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadences to ensure predictability across workstreams.
- Manage C-suite and senior executive relationships, leading steering committee presentations and driving programme-level decision-making.
- Anticipate programme-level risks, design mitigation strategies, and own programme-level cutover and go/no-go decisions.
- Coach project managers, define team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive PMO capability uplift.
- Manage delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk across the entire programme.
