Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience leading technology, business transformation, enterprise application, or consulting projects.
- Proven experience managing offshore or geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk and issue management, and resource allocation.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear delivery priorities and actionable plans.
- Ability to work overlapping hours with the U.S. Central Time Zone.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and execution strategies.
- Establish and maintain project governance according to agreed standards and methodologies.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead daily operations for offshore teams, assigning priorities and monitoring workload.
- Serve as the primary liaison between offshore delivery teams and onshore leadership.
- Provide regular status updates, milestone reporting, and project health assessments.
- Monitor budget utilization, resource allocation, and overall delivery health.
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts for issues and roadblocks.
- Lead project closure, post-project reviews, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.
