Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience with a track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, or ClickUp.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Excel and Confluence.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in a consulting or System Integrator (SI) environment is an advantage.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform, or Consultant) are preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure, defining scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and delivery priorities.
- Establish and maintain project plans, monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, providing regular status updates, addressing escalations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, release cycles, and other Agile delivery activities across Salesforce implementations.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, QA specialists, and business analysts, allocating tasks, monitoring productivity, and removing blockers.
- Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, project plans, and status reports.
- Track delivery KPIs such as timeline adherence, budget, and quality metrics.
