Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Experience handling multiple projects and client engagements.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Jira, ClickUp).
- Experience with reporting and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Confluence).
- Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.
- Strong collaboration and team leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including defining scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and handling escalations.
- Plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles, while facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, admins, architects, QA, and business analysts.
- Maintain project documentation such as RAID logs and status reports, and track KPIs like timeline adherence and budget.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies while managing change requests and scope creep.
