Requirements
- Owner or operator of an SMB (sole proprietor, founder, or day-to-day lead at a business of 1-200 employees).
- Habitual daily use of generative AI tools for business operations and marketing.
- Active organic presence on Instagram and Facebook, personally managed.
- Hands-on paid advertising experience on Meta platforms with real budget.
- Capacity to complete deliverables up to 40 hours per week.
- Exceptional written English skills for clear, reproducible bug reporting.
- Comfort working independently against a rubric and maintaining a weekly output cadence.
Responsibilities
- Run head-to-head prompts and multi-turn workflows across the client's assistant and competing paid assistants using your own business tasks.
- Build and maintain a library of realistic small-business test cases covering ad copy, organic content, customer messaging, and scheduling.
- Identify and document failure modes including wrong answers, refusals, instruction-following issues, and formatting errors.
- Write clear, reproducible reports detailing prompts, model/surface used, and the impact of failures on a business user.
- Assess bundled subscription value versus standalone competitor subscriptions.
- Stress-test assistant features within social and commerce surfaces.
