Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing, building, and supporting GenAI-enabled applications or internal tools in an enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of software engineering practices: Python, APIs, source control, testing, containers, and automated deployment.
Experience with GPU compute, foundation-model limitations, and local model platforms like Ollama.
Demonstrated experience with model-driven workflows: prompting, inference, testing, evaluation, and production support.
Experience collaborating across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
Ability to create technical documentation, guidance, and standards for diverse audiences.
Experience in network services, telecommunications, or managed services environments.
Strong analytical skills to assess trade-offs in quality, cost, latency, security, and privacy.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain GenAI-enabled applications, services, APIs, and reusable components.
Evaluate foundation models and deployment strategies, including open-source and locally hosted solutions like Qwen and Ollama.
Design and integrate model-driven workflows using prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use, and agentic patterns.
Provide technical guidance on architecture, model selection, data requirements, GPU capacity, and security.
Partner with software engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
Educate technical and non-technical stakeholders on GenAI capabilities, risks, and recommended approaches.
Develop and maintain reference designs, technical documentation, and operating procedures.
