Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a global organization
- Experience administering employee benefits programs, ideally including exposure to more than one country
- Experience administering leave of absence programs (or comparable regulatory/compliance-driven process)
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing complex, deadline-driven processes with a high degree of independence
- Experience partnering directly with HR partners, vendors, brokers, or external administrators
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Own the administration of benefits programs for an assigned portfolio of countries, ensuring programs run accurately and in compliance with local requirements
- Administer Netskope's global leave of absence program, guiding employees and people leaders through leave processes from request through return to work
- Research and interpret local regulatory requirements, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and flagging compliance risks proactively
- Identify and lead process improvements, including new country benefits implementations
- Serve as a partner to Netskope's Latin America organization, providing benefits support and communications in Spanish
- Manage day-to-day relationships with regional vendors and brokers, including communications and issue resolution
- Partner with the Global Benefits Program Manager to help bring Netskope's international benefits strategy to life
