Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
  • Have practical experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Have experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Have advanced Excel skills.
  • Have experience preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Have a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in an international or global environment is an advantage.
  • Power BI experience is a nice to have.
  • Experience supporting HR process improvement initiatives and knowledge of HR service delivery models or shared services environments are nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate HR activities with employees, managers, payroll, and other HR teams.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Deliver HR operational services in line with defined SLAs and KPIs, and resolve employee requests through HR service channels.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support HR operational excellence initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, process data updates, and support HRIS administration, testing, and system enhancements.
  • Perform data quality checks and audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational metrics; analyze HR data and monitor employee lifecycle and service delivery KPIs.
  • Support internal reporting, audits, and issue resolution.
