Requirements
- Have experience in KYC, Customer Onboarding, AML, CDD, or a related operational role within the financial services industry.
- Have hands-on experience with KYC Branch Tool in a Nordic banking environment.
- Understand Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
- Be able to review, validate, and analyse customer documentation.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Have professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
