Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, or HR Shared Services.
- Have hands-on experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Have experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR, or similar HR systems.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Have experience preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data.
- Be fluent in German at C1+ level and in English.
- Have experience working in international or global organizations.
- Power BI experience is a nice-to-have.
- Experience in HR process improvement initiatives is a nice-to-have.
- Shared Services or GBS experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Coordinate HR activities with employees, managers, payroll, and HR teams.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation in line with internal policies and local regulations.
- Provide day-to-day support on HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
- Deliver HR operational services in line with defined SLAs and KPIs, and handle employee requests through HR service channels.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate operational risks where appropriate.
- Maintain employee records, process employee data changes, and support HRIS administration and testing.
- Perform data quality reviews and audits, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Prepare HR reports and operational metrics, analyze HR data, and support management reporting and audits.
