Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related fields (Advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory, or strategy/change management within Life Sciences.
- Demonstrated history of successfully selling and growing consulting revenues, with sourced sales of at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years.
- Expertise in Medical Affairs and strategy, including organizational transformation, operations, planning, insights, and asset strategy.
- Proven ability to lead client work and accounts at all levels, including C-suite.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to attract, retain, mentor, and grow team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to leverage an external network to improve market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead as a trusted advisor for clients, translating needs into bespoke service offerings.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions to drive client success.
- Source, secure, and lead a $3 million annual book of business, including developing strategies to achieve revenue targets and leading contract negotiations.
- Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends and develop innovative capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Lead multiple delivery teams across accounts to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Lead firm-building initiatives, individual development, and strategic business planning.
