Requirements
- 10+ years of management consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven ability to generate and grow revenue with consulting clients, ideally with targets of $1-$2M annually.
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving 5G, fiber deployment, OSS/BSS, network transformation, customer experience, or digital enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to both sell and deliver strategic consulting engagements.
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and telecommunications procurement models.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel required as needed for client meetings and tradeshows.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts to identify, pursue, and close new consulting engagements with telecommunications clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with C-level and VP-level client stakeholders.
- Shape proposals, SOWs, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Develop thought leadership to position the firm as a partner of choice for new and existing clients.
- Lead project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and high client satisfaction.
- Guide program governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight for active engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to telecommunications clients regarding industry trends and transformation strategies.
- Guide and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
