Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience with tools such as Tableau, AWS, and Salesforce.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong data visualization capabilities.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong consultative, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for business purposes.
- Strong preference for experience working in or with call center operations.
- Comfort with learning and applying new AI-driven solutions and digital tools independently.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in customer experience, efficiency, and team performance.
- Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend specific actions to address them.
- Own the insight layer for business reviews, ensuring discussions focus on key risks, tradeoffs, and actionable decisions.
- Design and build efficient, scalable reporting solutions and dashboards to provide real-time visibility.
- Standardize key metrics to ensure a shared understanding of performance across programs, channels, and teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Program teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
