Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing tech teams.
- Deep, practical experience using Terraform/Terragrunt to architect and manage infrastructure.
- Advanced skillset with GCP data services including BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GKE, and IAM.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Platform-as-a-Product mindset with focus on customer enablement and system governance.
- Professional English language skills (B2 level or higher).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 platform engineers while staying heavily involved in hands-on technical work.
- Design reliable Terraform/Terragrunt modules on GCP.
- Champion data security controls including Dataplex and DLP.
- Establish standard, self-service developer tools for downstream data teams.
- Manage team OKRs, drive agile delivery, and provide coaching to team members.
