Requirements
- Previous customer service, chat support, email support or technical support experience.
- Direct gaming, player support, online platform or KYC experience is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Patient and empathetic when handling complaints or frustrated customers.
- Comfortable using ticketing, CRM or online customer-support tools.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including midnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Interest in online gaming and awareness of gaming culture is an advantage.
- Comfortable working under an Independent Contractor agreement.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to player enquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding game features, gameplay, promotions and platform rules.
- Assist users with account, payment, verification and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot common gameplay difficulties and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Handle player complaints with patience, empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately using the designated support system.
- Coordinate with technical, development and quality-assurance teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Monitor player feedback and identify common problems or service trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes, promotions and platform updates.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer-service processes and resources.
