Requirements

- Experience tackling performance bottlenecks or scalability challenges in high-traffic systems.
- Proven track record building tooling or frameworks that boost developer velocity.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to mentor others through pairing, code reviews, and sharing insights.
- Proactive self-starter capable of leading projects from start to finish.
- Experience with infrastructure technologies including Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical challenges and architect scalable, performant solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code in languages like Go, Scala, or TypeScript (React/GraphQL).
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features.
- Apply AI-enabled techniques to solve engineering problems and improve system reliability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and champion best practices in development.
- Proactively identify and implement technical improvements across the codebase and workflows.
- Help unblock others by sharing context, reviewing designs, and contributing reusable tools.
