Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Registered with an accredited cooperative education program in Ontario
Available for a 12- or 16-month full-time co-op starting in May 2027
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
Curiosity about modern development tools and technologies
Eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams
Initiative to take ownership of projects
Comfort working in a hybrid environment and adaptability to changing priorities
Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions

Develop new features and functionality for our financial planning platform used by modern finance teams at scale
Collaborate with full-time developers in Agile Scrum teams to design, build, and deploy meaningful product improvements
Help identify and resolve production issues, contributing to platform stability and reliability
Take ownership of well-defined areas of our product, building practical experience in full-stack development
Work with our modern tech stack including TypeScript/React front-end, Java/SpringBoot back-end microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Gain exposure to real-world integration challenges across the Microsoft ecosystem
Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
