Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in climate, energy, environmental, or related policy fields.
- Demonstrated senior leadership responsibility for complex programs or multidisciplinary teams.
- Record of shaping strategy and influencing policy outcomes in complex settings.
- Deep understanding of systems-level climate challenges and barriers.
- Experience leading senior leaders and fostering team accountability.
- Ability to lead across functions, disciplines, and geographies in a matrixed organization.
- Experience building and executing strategies across technical, policy, and financial considerations.
- Proven relationship-building skills with senior external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Shape enterprise priorities and lead the Complex Systems portfolio with clear direction and accountability.
- Develop a cohesive strategy connecting technical, policy, financial, and market expertise.
- Strengthen program effectiveness by supporting leaders, clarifying outcomes, and building technical capacity.
- Guide policy and advocacy priorities grounded in technical and market realities.
- Direct portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for high-impact opportunities.
- Serve as a senior external representative to government, industry, finance, and philanthropic sectors.
