- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and product teammates to develop strategy and rationale for features.
- Outstanding portfolio with presentable case studies showcasing work shipped.
- Foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and idea generation.
- Ability to tackle complex challenges and transform them into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Ability to shift between design details and big-picture thinking.
- Understanding of design systems and their evolution.
- Learning and growth mindset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to translate product strategy and complex challenges into well-defined initiatives.
- Own and execute high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes to distill product vision into tangible experiences.
- Leverage AI design tools and workflows to explore and validate new features.
- Contribute to the design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable visual language.
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Uphold a high design bar through thoughtful and intentional decision-making.
