Job Details

At least 7 years of exceptional product design work.
Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
Ability to lead research, explore approaches, and build realistic prototypes.
Experience delivering detailed designs and working through implementation details.
Curiosity for solving problems within complex systems.
Proven ability to set direction, make tradeoffs, and provide leadership through design work.
Practical experience using AI to support research, design, and prototyping.
Ability to explain the impact of AI tools on the design process and evaluate outcomes.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and providing useful critique.

Take responsibility for all design work across product areas, from customer research and problem definition through implementation, launch, and iteration.
Work with partners including engineering, CX, and the CEO to identify worthwhile problems and connect individual releases into a coherent product experience.
Talk directly with users, observe workflows, test assumptions, and turn insights into product decisions.
Develop different approaches and build realistic prototypes to evaluate behavior, usability, and feasibility.
Create clear, polished interfaces based on a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points.
Use AI throughout the design process to research, explore ideas, prototype, and improve output.
Improve shared design patterns, communicate decisions clearly, and provide feedback to help peers produce better work.
