Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience including team leadership and hiring.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and leadership in complex, data-dense products.
- Experience designing for trading, fintech, crypto, or high-stakes financial products.
- Deep fluency in DeFi, including swaps, order books, liquidity, and transaction signing.
- Proven ability to influence product strategy and prioritization in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience creating design systems for consistency and scalability.
- Ability to work through ambiguity in evolving technical and regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Set design vision, principles, and priorities in partnership with leadership.
- Own end-to-end user experience for trading, margin, liquidity, and financial workflows.
- Lead design for user onboarding, order entry, transaction execution, and position management.
- Build scalable design systems for financial data, charts, and account states.
- Establish a research program to guide design decisions through data and user insights.
- Partner with engineering to address protocol behavior, security, and technical constraints.
- Lead, hire, and develop designers while establishing team operating practices.
