3–5 years in partner enablement, professional services operations, project coordination or PMO, channel operations, or implementation delivery, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated ownership of project tracking and reporting for a portfolio of concurrent projects.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; comfortable building and maintaining reporting from imperfect source data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to drive action across teams you don't manage, including with external organizations.
Experience in the EPM, FP&A, CPM, or finance-technology space.
Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tooling such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
Experience with BI or reporting tools.
Background working with or inside systems integrators or consulting partners.
Exposure to enablement content development or partner certification programs.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management coursework.

Maintain the partner project tracker as the single source of truth including stage, health, ARR, and milestone dates.
Build and refresh recurring partner performance reporting such as project counts, risk distribution, and delivery benchmarks.
Prepare materials for partner QBRs and internal pipeline reviews.
Run regular project health checks and coordinate escalation responses for at-risk implementations.
Monitor adherence to implementation methodology and deliverable standards.
Collaborate on new partner onboarding, certification tracking, and coordination of training sessions.
Serve as the operational contact for partner delivery leads and coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
