Job Details

Significant B2B marketing experience, including direct experience in partner, channel, alliance or ecosystem marketing.
Demonstrated success developing and executing programs with external partners that contributed to pipeline, revenue or partner activation.
Experience creating integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars, events and partner-owned platforms.
Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner journeys and different routes to market.
Ability to translate complex products and solutions into clear, relevant messaging and content for partners.
Experience developing partner enablement materials such as playbooks, training, campaigns, content and portal resources.
Confidence working directly with partner marketing, sales and product teams.
Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics and partner platforms.
Strong relationship-building, communication and project-management skills.
Ability to influence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.

Develop and execute joint marketing and growth plans for priority partners.
Adapt programs to different partner types, routes to market, target audiences and shared revenue objectives.
Build strong relationships with partners’ marketing, product and sales teams.
Identify gaps in partner enablement and develop necessary resources, playbooks, and training materials.
Collaborate with Digital and Field Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels, events, and webinars.
Support the acquisition, launch and activation of new partners.
Measure partner engagement, pipeline contribution, conversion, and revenue impact.
