Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing/business experience; OR Master's and 4 years; OR Bachelor's and 6 years; OR Associate's and 10 years; OR High school diploma and 12 years.
  • Strong Medical Marketing, OL engagement, and P2P expertise.
  • Experience with OL mapping, segmentation, and engagement planning.
  • Proven track record in Speaker Bureau operations, speaker training, and faculty management.
  • Experience developing promotional content and managing MAC reviews through systems like Veeva PromoMats.
  • Strong project management and strategic thinking skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Demonstrated direct people-management experience, including coaching and developing talent.
  • Strong budget oversight and agency/vendor management experience.
  • Neurology experience preferred.
  • Rare disease and product launch or in-line brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. Neurology opinion leader (OL) engagement and P2P strategy across gMG and NMOSD indications.
  • Own end-to-end management of the UPLIZNA Speaker Bureau, including segmentation, recruitment, training, and performance optimization.
  • Design and execute marketing-led HCP education and P2P programs such as speaker programs, Peer Discussion Groups, and product theaters.
  • Direct marketing-led OL-facing engagement at congresses including strategy, planning, and on-site pull-through.
  • Oversee development and lifecycle management of P2P materials, including speaker decks and case-based resources with MAC review.
  • Manage P2P and OL engagement budgets, agency partners, and external vendors.
  • Define performance metrics to monitor P2P and speaker engagement impact and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, establishing clear priorities and standards for execution.
