- 3+ years managing teams in game development.
- Proven track record of shipping at least one major AAA title.
- Expertise in developing test strategies and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong influence and communication skills to lead cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience with Jira and TestRail.
- Familiarity with technical QA solutions such as automation and telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Define global QA strategy, test objectives, quality gates, and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of QA Leads and testers.
- Oversee comprehensive test execution across functional, gameplay, performance, stability, multiplayer, and platform certification areas.
- Analyze defect data to identify systemic quality issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Establish QA schedules and deliverables for major milestones.
- Lead preparation for first-party platform certification.
- Manage external vendors and co-development QA teams.
- Implement data-driven reporting and dashboards to track build health and test coverage.
