Requirements
- Active DC license as an LICSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Experience and strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ clients
- Cultural competence delivering affirming, identity-centered care
- Comfortable providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting
- Skilled in clinical assessment and timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week
- Ability to maintain flexible scheduling Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities
- Provide individual (1-1) therapy in a telehealth setting to LGBTQIA+ clients
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR
- Deliver care using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and CPT
- Utilize proprietary clinical tools such as the Trauma Journal and Written Exposure Therapy protocol
- Participate in regular clinical supervision
