Requirements
- Active Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience and strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ clients.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in delivering affirming, identity-centered care.
- Ability to provide 1-1 therapy in a telehealth environment.
- Skilled in clinical assessment and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
- Flexible availability between Monday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual (1-1) therapy in a telehealth setting to LGBTQIA+ clients.
- Deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment tailored to community needs.
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR.
- Apply evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and CPT as appropriate.
- Utilize proprietary tools like the Trauma Journal to support clients between sessions.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision.
