Requirements
- 7+ years as a (Senior) Data Analyst, preferably in a B2B organization with subscription or recurring-revenue dynamics.
- Strong analytical foundation and ability to apply statistical reasoning to time-based and cohort data.
- Track record of leading complex analysis across teams.
- Expert-level SQL skills for querying and transforming large datasets.
- Advanced Python skills for data preparation and statistical validation.
- Experience offering self-service BI to non-technical stakeholders via dashboards or AI/LLMs.
- Experience designing, validating, and monitoring predictive models, including train/test separation and drift monitoring.
- Confidence working in Databricks and Delta Lake (nice-to-have).
- Experience with Tableau and Tableau Pulse (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Provide statistically sound insights including cohort maturity, sample size, aggregation bias, and construct validity.
- Shape the team's data model and analytics conventions while mentoring other analysts on data quality.
- Translate complex analysis into clear business language for senior stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end analysis across revenue, product, finance, and marketing domains.
- Align departments on shared metric definitions and document decisions.
- Build self-service Tableau dashboards or LLM-based insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Write clean, documented SQL and code to support the centralized data hub.
- Partner with Data Engineers on data model design and champion data quality.
