Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst team, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions.
- Experience with system architecture and AI-powered data tools.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT frameworks.
- High degree of proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
- Highly organized and capable of managing projects under pressure.
- Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Pigment) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for topline data and manage complex financial models.
- Coordinate with RevOps, Data Engineering, Deal Desk, and Product teams to deliver analytics.
- Leverage data models and AI tools to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Build, enhance, and maintain topline-planning models for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Streamline management book reporting in Tableau to support board meetings and internal reviews.
- Consolidate and analyze monthly/quarterly financial actuals against forecasts to highlight trends.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual financial reporting.
- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
