Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in user research and data analysis.
- 3+ years of independent consulting experience.
- Research experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with startups and B2B web applications.
- Exceptional written and oral English proficiency.
- Experience testing AI prototypes (e.g., chatbots, LLMs, agentic workflows).
- Proficiency with AI tools to streamline research workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in Canada within the EST±2 time zone.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end, including discovery, problem validation, and concept testing.
- Coordinate and facilitate 1-on-1 user interviews via video conference.
- Define sampling frameworks and metrics required to support decision-making.
- Apply data quality controls and utilize descriptive and inferential analysis methods.
- Monitor and synthesize secondary research to identify industry trends and innovation opportunities.
- Translate research findings into business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate research presentations and educate clients on best practices.
