Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing research studies in collaboration with researchers, Product Designers, and Product Managers.
- Manage operational aspects of the research process including screening, recruiting, and scheduling participants.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure research questions map to real product decisions.
- Develop research plans, moderator guides, and other materials.
- Leverage AI to transcribe, tag, and synthesize research findings.
- Analyze and identify themes from research data.
- Document findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the research repository.
