Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials
- Liaise with the client to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions
- Design the IRT solution to meet study requirements based on the clinical protocol, proposal, and client discussions
- Document requirements and participate in internal and external specification review meetings
- Manage project schedules and scope, tracking internal and client tasks to meet milestones
- Create UAT plans, develop test scripts, coordinate data setup, and support client UAT
- Provide protocol-specific support to the client and team post-go-live
- Provide system training to end-users via meetings and manuals
- Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions
